With colder nights rolling in, cosy pyjamas are a must-have. Although the British summer was particularly British this year, that doesn’t mean we can’t be excited for autumn and the change of season! Think steaming hot chocolates, reading in a comfy nook, and of course, lovely, soft pyjamas to keep you warm during the autumnal nights.
These sustainable brands have got comfort sorted, with ecological fabrics and an unmatched attention to detail.
Simple and reliable, these organic cotton pyjamas are a nightwear staple, not to be overlooked. They come in a couple of different prints and colourways, so there are some lovely options to choose from – or they’d make a nice selection in your drawer!

This cute and playful pyjama set is made from bamboo, which is naturally anti-bacterial and uses less water during production that cotton. All in all, it’s an excellent sustainable material, and makes for smooth and soft nightwear.
Although shorter, this set is so pretty that we couldn’t not include it among our sustainable pyjama picks! With a playful frill detail and Nightire’s trademark super soft premium bamboo fabric, it’s hard to say no to this nightwear.
Thought
Perfect for lounging, this organic cotton set will keep you snug on a cool autumn night.
Thanks to being 100% organic cotton, this sustainable set is effortlessly soft, and comes in a slightly tailored fit.
Chinti & Parker
Last but not least, let’s not forget about dressing gowns.
This gorgeous robe is made from real cashmere, ethically resourced from goat herders in Mongolia. Chinti & Parker have excellent relationships with the farmers, and no harm is caused to the goats who kindly don their soft under coats. Every Spring, the Capra hircus goat sheds its coat as the climate becomes warmer, and the farmers gently comb the coats to gather the soft fibres to go on to be developed into luxuriously soft garments. Staying cosy in a softly shed coat never looked so elegant!
La Perla
For a slightly lighter option, be sure to check out this gorgeous silk nightgown by La Perla.
It’s sustainably made from authentic silk, making it ultra soft and the ultimate glamorous robe to easily slip on. Lovely and long, with a dainty tie at the waist, you can’t go wrong.
