Spring has officially sprung, meaning we will be venturing out more and in the UK, today marks the opening of bars and restaurants outside. Many of us will be picking up our makeup bags for the first time in a while, thinking ‘how do I do makeup again?’ Don’t worry, we’re all in the same boat – even me, a beauty editor. After over a year of us prioritising skincare, makeup is back in the picture and it’s like we’ve never even picked up an eyeshadow brush before.
“KeiSei and I have created a series of beauty IGTVs to get everyone ready for the outside world again, starting with prepping skin to a full face of makeup. And as all brands used are making considerable efforts to be more sustainable and clean, you’ll be making David Attenborough very proud!” – Lucinda Worth
“We have also selected brands created by incredible business women, who are leading the way in the cosmetics world. To find out more about these women, check out KeiSei Magazine IGTV where Micaela Nisbet, founder of Neighborhood Botanicals, and Molly Hart, founder of HIGHR Collective, detail the journeys that have led them to create the successful brands they own today,” she adds.

4. Simple smokey eye
“As we still may be wearing face masks for the next few months, it’s a great opportunity to focus on eye makeup. Whether you were always a pro at doing the smokiest of smokey eyes or have always just used a quick slick of mascara to feel more awake, I have shown KeiSei Magazine how to create a simple smokey eye using minimal brushes and Lily Lolo products, a UK based mineral makeup brand. Mineral makeup is perfect for people with sensitive, easily irritated skin as it contains no harsh chemical ingredients,” says Lucinda.
